ADVICE
for good oral health
Oral hygiene is essential to maintain a healthy mouth.
Here are some tips on how to keep your oral hygiene routine complete.
VISIT YOUR DENTIST REGULARLY
Because even thorough brushing cannot completely remove plaque, oral cleanings are recommended every six to twelve months.
You should also have your teeth checked at least once a year.
BRUSH YOUR TEETH DAILY
Ideally after every meal, but if there is no other option, you should at least brush your teeth in the morning and before going to bed.
The operation should take two to three minutes and should be performed with gentle pressure and small circular movements back and forth.
FLOSSING
Floss is inserted between the teeth with gentle back-and-forth movements and without touching the gums, to remove food debris hidden in the interdental spaces. If you use it only once a day, it is best to do it before going to bed.
Another possibility is to use an interdental brush, which reaches where normal ones do not, or interdental sprays which, in addition to deep cleaning, reduce gum irritation.
SPECIFIC INGREDIENTS
Oral care should be carried out with products formulated with ingredients that are adapted to the needs of each individual.
These ingredients must be of high quality and respect both the oral cavity and the enamel, without damaging it.
At DentYucral we develop our formulas under study offering effective solutions for users.
We have 4 specific ranges: Smokers, Diabetic, Antiplaque and Whitening.
MOUTH RINSE
Regular use of mouthwash helps prevent plaque build-up, which helps prevent tooth decay and gum disease.
It can relieve the pain of canker sores and aid faster healing.
It also helps fight the bacteria responsible for bad breath, leaving you with fresh breath.
